Discover what are the main causes of burnout and what can be put in place, both as an organisation and individually, to prevent it. Learn how to spot the early signs of burnout in yourself, team or colleague, and find ways of having those difficult conversations around the topic. This workshop includes an individual burnout assessment to check on your own levels, and also looks at practical real-life strategies to put in place to help recovery.
There are some very common personality traits or behaviours that can promote burnout, such as perfectionism, people pleasing, and being a high achiever. This workshop looks at the main personality traits that raise your risk and takes you through some practical tools and advice on loosening their hold. This is ideal whether you have spotted these behaviours in yourselves or colleagues, or want to influence a workplace or team culture to create one that’s more sustainable long-term.

It helps people think about their own rituals, self-discipline and habits, and how do we create a habit, or break a negative one.
