ABOUT PAULA

Therapist for individuals and couples navigating success, identity, and relationships

Therapist for individuals and couples navigating success, identity, and relationshipsI’m Paula, a therapist and business psychologist specialising in working with successful individuals, couples and leaders.

Dealing with the pressure of wealth and legacy

I work with clients to navigate the hidden pressures of wealth: isolation, complex family dynamics, meaning, visibility fatigue, and relationships under strain.

My work is private, psychologically nuanced, and attuned to the unique demands of high-net-worth life.

During our sessions, I create a space that is calm, unhurried, and deeply attuned. This is a place where you don’t have to manage, impress, or explain yourself.

I blend therapeutic depth with a coaching-style focus when helpful. Sessions are available online or in person by arrangement. I am fully qualified, a member of the Human Givens Institute, and have a Masters in Business Psychology.

Corporate Work

Organisations I have worked with include BA, Belmond, PTSD Resolution, Mind, European Press Agency, The Burnt Chef, Holiday Extras, Red Poppy, The University of Lincoln, Big Moose, and Bristol City Council.

I have been featured in, The Guardian, SME, Stella magazine, Marie Claire, Psychologies and HR Zone, among others,  and am a Member of The Human Givens Institute.

Fees

I work with a small number of clients in a bespoke way, which allows for depth and confidentiality.

I undertake regular CPD in topics such as addictions or working with ADHD to ensure that all my work is of the highest quality and based on the latest research. Education is one of my strongest values and it’s important for me to know that my service to you is the best it can be.
