Whether you’re navigating tension, rebuilding trust, or deepening connection, needs-based couples coaching helps you understand what drives conflict, improve communication, and create a relationship that works for both of you.
Why Couples Coaching?
Relationships are built on meeting core emotional needs . These include connection, respect, autonomy, safety, and meaning. When these needs aren’t fully met, patterns of conflict, withdrawal, or frustration can emerge.
Couples coaching helps you:
Identify unmet needs in yourself and your partner
Break repeated patterns that cause tension
Improve communication and understanding
Rebuild trust, intimacy, and connection
Who This Coaching Is For
This coaching is ideal if you:
Struggle to communicate without arguments
Feel disconnected or distant from your partner
Want to rebuild trust after a conflict or breakup
Need guidance to navigate repeated patterns or emotional triggers
Are ready to actively improve your relationship together
Couples Coaching not therapy
Our work together is forward-facing and solution-focused which can often be easier for those who feel that therapy isn’t right for them. However, with my psychotherapy background, I do have the necessary skill, exoerience and qualifications to work therapeutically if something does arise, such as a past trauma, so you know you are in safe hands.
How It Works
You can choose from:
Structured Sessions
Each session is tailored to your relationship, focusing on both understanding and action. We explore patterns, unmet needs, and practical strategies to improve connection and reduce conflict. Or…
Intensives
For couples who want fast, deep change, half-day or full-day intensives allow you to work deeply on key issues in a shorter, focused format. Delivered in Kent.
Practical Tools
Whichever you choose, you will leave with actionable strategies and exercises to practice between sessions, helping change patterns and strengthen your bond.
