Mental Health for Entrepreprenurs
This is our 28 day signature course that takes you through a 360 of things you could be putting in place to support your mental health. Covering worrrying, anxiety, sleep, issues around money, isolation and how to relax (something many business owners find difficult!). Based on the Human Givens approach, we look at your nine emotional needs in turn, and how they can be nurtured by both your business, and your life outside it. Build your resilience and learn skills that will help you in your business too.
