It’s natural to be concerned about delivering high quality work and creating a good impression but there may be moments when that anxiety can start to impede your performance. This seminar looks at practical ways to help you dial down any feelings of anxiousness or panic, including how to deal with panic attacks. We look at:

 

  • What anxiety actually is and why it is so vital to us
  • What’s going on in our brain and bodies when anxiety feels out of control
  • How we can reduce anxiety in the moment
  • How to ward off a panic attack
  • What is generalised anxiety disorder, also known as GAD
  • What we can do to reduce anxiety in our lives, generally
  • How to help someone else with anxiety

 

Whilst it has been created to address anxiety in the workplace, the tips and techniques shared will be useful in walks of life.

 

This session lasts 1.5 hrs.
