Luke Rodwell is a Director with Talent Focus Executive Search, splitting his time between London & Scotland and has a BSc in Command, Control, Communications and Information Systems from The Royal Military College of Science.
Before his move into the recruitment industry he was a Major in the British Army, where he served with 3 Commando Brigade and 5 Airborne Brigade before finishing his military career as an Instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Prior to establishing Talent Focus Executive Search, in 2009, Luke worked for a multi-national recruitment business in Edinburgh and London for three years. He also spent as well six years as a Director within a Scottish based Executive Search company. Since moving into recruitment in 2001, Luke has recruited management and executive personnel for a wide range of private and public sector clients across the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA.
