Your Verona Retreat Questions Answered
How do I pay?
You can currently pay your deposit for your Verona Retreat by Paypal plus the balance by bank transfer, or all by bank transfer. Bank details will be sent privately.
If any outstanding payments are still due by the time of the retreat this will result in your place being forfeit.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the need to book the whole hotel for our pleasure, there are no refunds for this retreat, for any reason. I will do my best to find someone to take your place, but this cannot be guaranteed. You may be able to send someone in your place (if I agree that they are suitable). It is imperative that you take out your own travel insurance for this trip.
If for any reason I have to cancel the retreat, a full refund will be given.
If you need to leave the retreat early, no refunds will be given.
What about travel?
I leave travel to and from the Verona Retreat up to you. You could take some time out and add on a day or two before or after our retreat. Do make sure that you factor in time for flight delays or changes…you wouldn’t want to miss anything!
If you come by plane The Antonio Catullo airport of Villafranca Verona is located 15 Km away from the city center. The airport and the city center are connected by shuttle buses leaving every 20 min. for the Verona Porta Nuova railway station.
You can get a taxi from the airport for around 40 to 50 euro, the hotel assures us. Alternatively, you can take a bus from the airport, which is very cheap (6 euros) and that will take you to the train station of Verona Porta Nuova, where you can take a taxi for a smaller fare (http://www.aeroportoverona.
Check in and Check Out
Check in is from 3pm until 9pm and check out is at 11am. All your accommodation and room tax is part of the retreat package, but you will be asked to show your passport and leave your own credit card details with the hotel to cover mini bar expenses and any breakages.

Scarlet Thinking takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or illness which may occur during or to and from the retreat. By booking your retreat it will be assumed that you agree to these terms and conditions.
