Paula Gardner is a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach specialising in leadership and visibility. Based in London, Paula has worked with business leaders all over the globe.
She has created her own leadership framework, Scarlet Thinking® designed to enhance many of the strengths of leadership. These include social connections, a sense of community, authenticity, the desire to leave a legacy, and ethical leadership. She also has many years of experience in helping leaders embrace Visibility. She often works with women around this subject, as it’s sometimes an issue that inspires ambivalence.
With a background that has included working in the music business, owning her own PR company, and working as a PR and marketing coach for literally thousands of business owners, Business Psychology was a mid-life career change for Paula. It is a move that has allowed her to formulate programmes that combine cutting edge research with real world business experience. Paula’s work with organisations from diverse industries brings an added touch of creativity and new and interesting angles for participants. She is also the author of two books, Do Your Own PR and Get Noticed.
