Paula Gardner is a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach specialising in visibility. Based in London, Paula has worked with businesses and individuals all over the globe. Visibility is often a subject that inspires ambivalence, and yet being visible is so crucial in today’s digital, networked business climate. It inspires credibility and help creates a feeling of closeness, at a distance.
She has created her own leadership framework, Scarlet Thinking® designed to enhance many of the strengths of leadership. These include visibility, of course, and along with that, social connections, a sense of community, authenticity, the desire to leave a legacy, and ethical leadership.

With a background that has included working in the music business, owning her own PR company, and working as a PR and marketing coach for literally thousands of business owners, Business Psychology was a mid-life career change for Paula.
